A sustainable and environmentally responsible island lifestyle

When we question the inhabitants of ecodistrict, three fundamental elements stand out:

1- The presence of places of sociability conducive to interaction between users. Collective activities in outdoor spaces lead to great pride in living in the neighborhood.

2- The connection of the district to the city and its opening. Accessibility, both to local shops and to various cultural activities, generates a dynamic neighborhood and thereby limits the isolation of its citizens.

3- An intergenerational mix. The ease of access to services, without a vehicle, allows young families to settle there while limiting the expenses associated with the acquisition of a second car. For older people who cannot or no longer want to use the car, this lifestyle allows them to remain active and independent.

Establishing in an ecodistrict brings several benefits for its residents, both in terms of living conditions and neighbourhood dynamics:
